WILD AND CRAZY GUYS

Yes...of course...Ethan was eating during these picture...but thank goodness he was in them, he made them look good.

THE ANIMALS

Bear seems to find her way into about 50% of the pictures we take...but when she's the focus, she looks at you like she might just bite your arm off...Boots, meanwhile, really just wanted to be left alone to look out the window and she told me about it when I interrupted her. Tara just loves it when the cat jumps in the window while she's trying to clean fruits and vegetables.

THE MODEL?

So our Korean friend Anna told us we should take Ethan to Seoul and have him model. She said the companies there would pay lots of money for him because he's so cute. Here, Ethan shows off that smile with his new molars in the shot. He's also apparently taking his own picture with his camera.

ON THE GO

Ethan likes to eat and go. I'm pretty sure he has some watermelon in his mouth here. Look at the size of those feet! He's in a size 7.

NEW FURNITURE

Tara and JR's big investment last month were two pieces of furniture they'd been coveting. One is a bar with a marble top and the other are decorative glass steps. The bar still has some of the packaging because we know we'll be moving here shortly. We locked down both for the combined low price of $1,200. Not a bad deal, since normally we can't find either piece individually below $800.

WATERMELON!!!

Yep...he hit the watermelon hard my friends.

FRUITY KID

Ethan LOVES fruit. Below you can see watermelon, banana and oranges. His favorite is probably bananas. But he doesn't like to eat it without the peel. If you give him half of a banana, it had better be the half that still has the peel or you are in for a world of hurt. Don't ask, just take our word for it.

THE BEST (AND WORST) GIFT EVER

Grandma Sharon and Grandpa Max sent a great gift over for Ethan for Easter. This crayola gift had musical eggs that released a washable paint when the ends were tapped. Unfortunately, the warnings basically tell you to make a place specifically for this playing event to take place. As you can see by Boots running away and the paint all over Ethan's fingers, it was "fun." We can't wait to play when we come back to visit Grandma and Grandpa's house!

I KNOW THESE PEOPLE

It's a picture from Tara and JR's wedding.

KING OF THE COUCH!

Ethan has learned how to climb onto furniture. Here he claims the throne as King of the Couch. He also likes to expand to take the coffee table (which really makes mom mad) and the chairs.

CAUGHT RED-HANDED

What? I wasn't about to stick my hand in the dog's water dish. I definitely wouldn't even consider the possibility of taking a piece of dog food and sticking it in my mouth. You should probably just trust me and turn away...
...after all, would this face lie?

MORE MEASURING...AND RUBBING IT IN

Like I said, his toys pretty well dominate the entire apartment...here, he's laughing and smiling while he takes the tape measure to inspect the next toy location.

TRAINED RIGHT

I think we're teaching Ethan everything just right...he seems to already know how to check the oil on his lawnmower and make it go...by the time we actually get a yard, he should be a pro!

PLANNING IT OUT

So, Ethan's toys have pretty well over-run the apartment...I'm pretty sure here he was just making sure there was enough room for the next shipment.

GO SUN YEOB

SGT Kim Sun Yeob, the KATUSA that works with JR, is a goal-scoring fiend. He played on the unit soccer team during KATUSA/US Friendship week, where each unit faced off against others and scored four of the team's nine total goals for the tournament. The 19th took second place.
