I've heard the stories about our current president, George W. Bush, enjoying looking at this image and saying it's obvious which country actually won the Korean War. This is part of Asia as seen by satellite at night. You can see how bright Japan and China are, and even South Korea. But as you can see, Pyongyang is the the only mini-light cluster in North Korea. Seoul is the really big light cluster in South Korea.
